The project is comprised of 842 apartments over an area of 1.3 million square feet. At the heart of the scheme is an elevated courtyard which acts as a sanctuary for the residents. This was made possible by developing highly efficient floor plans, therefore, maximizing the available public space. Further efficiencies include a heat exchanger combined with a central water-cooled chiller system designed to optimize the building's energy performance.
